4. Event Tickets & Payments

All ticket purchases are subject to availability.

Full payment or an approved payment plan must be completed before entry to an event is granted.

Failure to complete instalment payments may result in cancellation of your ticket without refund of previous payments unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

The purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments on time.
Missed payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
Tickets remain the property of Events from Within until fully paid.
Access to the event will not be granted where outstanding balances remain unpaid.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

If an event is cancelled by Events from Within and not rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price only.

We are not responsible for:

Travel expenses
Accommodation costs
Loss of earnings
Third-party booking fees
Other associated costs incurred by attendees

If a speaker, performer, facilitator, or advertised activity changes, this shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refund requests outside of your statutory rights will be considered at our sole discretion.

Substitute speakers, facilitators, or performers
Modify event content
Amend timings
Cancel parts of the programme where necessary
